Cancellation, Reschedule and “No Show” Policy
For all services, a Credit or Debit card is required to be kept on file for each client. The card on file will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee for “Failure to Cancel” within 24 hours.
“No Show” appointments will also incur a 30.00 fee.
For ALL services, a credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for each client. Clients are asked to “CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE 48 HOURS” prior to their scheduled time.
This gives us sufficient time to fill that time slot. “FAILURE TO CANCEL” within 24 hours & “NO SHOW” appointments will result in a $30 charge to the card on file card on file.
Due to the exclusiveness of Consultations THWG requires a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling notification.
Failure to notify us within 72 hours will result in the credit or debit card on file to be charged the total service amount.
For your convenience, our retail store and website are equipped with the same high-quality professional products used for our services. These products make great personalized gift baskets. Feel free to browse!
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service. All services are by appointment only.
A Consultation is required before services are rendered.
To ensure that our staff stays on schedule and provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time.
We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Hair Care Product Return/Exchange Policy
Our 100% guarantee allows clients to return any hair care product within 10 days of purchase date.
Wellness Product Return/Exchange Policy
If a product is open, a credit can be given for the amount of the purchased product if it is returned within 10 days of purchase; this credit can be used to purchase any other wellness products currently in stock.
If a product has not been opened and is returned within 10 days of purchase, an exchange or refund is an option. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All clients are kindly asked to check-in at the front desk and have a seat in the waiting area.
We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time, reschedule your appointment.
We ask clients to keep up with their personal items during their visit. We are not responsible for lost articles.
Gift Cards are available and are perfect for anyone, on any occasion! Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment.

Right of Refusal
The Hair Wellness Group reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
