Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging with tamper-evident seals intact are eligible for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Opened or used products may be eligible for store credit or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, subject to a restocking fee (see details below). Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may have specific return or exchange restrictions. Please refer to the specific promotion details for clarification.
What is not eligible for Return or Exchange?
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products returned after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange a Product:
Contact Us: Before returning or exchanging a product, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone at 334-520-0767 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help us track your return and expedite the process.
Pack Your Return Securely: Carefully pack the product(s) in its original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the address provided on your RMA using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Your Return or Exchange:
Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds: For unopened and unused products, a full refund, minus return shipping costs, will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing your return.
Exchanges: For opened or used products, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned product minus a 15% restocking fee. You can then use your store credit to purchase a replacement product or any other item on our website.
