It may also provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with backache, strains, sprains and bruises. Our pure, paraben-free formula is enhanced with arnica and ginger for next-level effectiveness both before and after activity. Additionally, these anciently known oils and emollients provide greaseless properties, so lotion goes on smoothly, leaving the skin soft and supple.

Recommended use
