I think it can be said that the majority of people today are having to adjust to their “new normal.” That can vary from person to person, but our daily lives have definitely been impacted by the recent pandemic.
Hopefully, you and your family have found some positive ways to adjust to these new circumstances.
And as you well know, small businesses are not immune to the effects of these new changes; therefore, we decided to embrace the change and began working hard to develop new and improved ways to service your individual needs in a way that benefits all involved.
New Scheduling Process
Although we are not releasing our in-salon opening date as of yet, we felt it important to update you on our new scheduling process for virtual services now as well as in-salon appointments in the future.
Starting immediately, our new virtual services with The Hair Wellness Group can be booked online! And when services (hair care) inside the salon become available, these will be booked online as well.
You will have the opportunity to book your own appointments based on your needs right here from our Vagaro website, as well as with the Vagaro app. You can request a time and date on our schedule up to 30 days in advance.
We will soon be reaching out to start the booking process for those who have indicated by completing our Reopening Assessment that they are comfortable resuming in-salon services at this time and those who have submitted the Covid-19 Policy Waiver.
If you have not completed these forms and would like to resume services in the salon when they become available, please do so now.

We are grateful to have access to such wonderful tools such as Vagaro online scheduling to help minimize overhead and to allow us to focus on other aspects of the business.
It’s imperative now more than ever for us to maximize tools designed to help run our business more efficiently.

But wait…..am I on a 2, 4, 8, or 12 weeks schedule? And which week am I supposed to get my relaxer, or my trim, scalp detox, or etc.? How do I know what and when to book?
Your hair care professional can assist you with your recommended schedule rotation, recommended services, and recommended products customized just for you.
Please note that we currently have availability for virtual services on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.
And for In-salon services, we will have availability Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. If you are interested in securing a standing day and time, you may be interested in our membership plans with Priority Booking.
If you have created a Vagaro account but are having trouble remembering your login information or lost your password, you can use these tips on how to set up and use the Vagaro App. This avoids creating multiple accounts.
So if you haven’t already, we recommend that you download the app here for android and here for iOs/Apple devices; be sure to save your username and password somewhere or write it down so that your profile is easily accessible.
If you are not able to download the app to your device, no worries you can still access this information in your profile by signing in on the Vagaro website.
